  • UK standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.75 per order. Estimated delivery is 3-7 working days
  • UK expedited delivery is available at a flat rate of £6.25 per order. Estimated delivery 1-3 working days
  • For all orders over £60, standard delivery is FREE

International shipping

We offer international shipping where possible. Please contact us for delivery costs in your country. 

Our packaging

All items are beautifully wrapped in tissue paper. We always try to use the most ecologically friendly packaging possible to deliver your items to you safely. 

Gift orders

Complimentary gift wrapping is available, please tick the box in your cart. 

We can deliver your item directly to the recipient with a gift receipt and a handwritten note. Please enter your note in the "gift message" field in the cart. Enter their address in the delivery address section. And you're all set.  


  • We are happy to accept returns for an exchange or refund within 14 days from date of purchase
  • To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging
  • We do not accept returns of perishable goods such as food or magazines, or of earrings for health and safety reasons
  • To return or exchange your product, you should first email, then post it to: The Mill House, 33 Burkitt Rd, Woodbridge, Suffolk, IP12 4JJ
  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
  • Your exchange will be sent or a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
  • Return shipping costs are met by the purchaser. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You may wish to consider using a trackable service or purchasing postage insurance when returning your item

Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Damaged items

In the unfortunate event that you received an item that has been damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement to be sent wherever possible or will issue a refund.

Gift returns 

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the card will be posted to you
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the purchaser
